Job Description

In order to fulfill the multitude of tasks in our scaleup phase, we need your help. As our right hand, you give us more scope & focus for our daily tasks & at the same time shape central aspects such as financials, processes, strategy, team growth & culture and more.

You will be Founders Associate within the GREENPASSLivable Cities Team in Vienna and:

• The right hand of the founders
• Responsible for implementation, management & controlling of projects
• Responsible for the financial & budget management, controlling, documentation & reporting
• Performing of cost-benefit & other strategic analyses
• Ensuring financial & liquidity planning
• Maintaining contact with financial & accounting institutions
• Maintaining existing & new investor relations
• Developing strategies to optimize processes & systems
• Supporting development processes & operational tasks
• Creating decision templates, presentations, contracts, ...
• Responsible for human resource management & company culture
• Supporting internal & external communication
• Coordinating with C-level management & Head of Department colleagues

Requirements

• Strong entrepreneurial thinking & management skills
• At least 1-2 years of experience in similar positions (finance, business, operations, strategy consulting) preferably in the real estate sector
• Strong background in strategy, management, finance & accounting, profit & loss, balance sheet preparation, cash flow management, general finance & budgeting
• At least MBA education or similar
• Market knowledge (DACH, EU, ...)
• Industry experience (e.g. software-as-a-service, architecture, real estate, ...)
• Prioritizing, time management & organizational skills
• Analytical mindset & problem-solving skills
• Dynamic, accurate & structured way of working
• Highly motivated team player with empathy & flexibility
• Excellent German & English skills are essential
