Job Description

You will be Head of Finance within the GREENPASS Livable Cities Team in Vienna and:

• Responsible for the financial management, controlling & documentation
• Ensuring financial & liquidity planning
• Implementation of financial system
• Performing of cost-benefit analyses
• Developing strategies to optimize processes
• Maintaining contact with financial & accounting institutions
• Maintaining investor relations & reporting
• Contact person for auditors
• Analyzing corporate structures
• Identifiying of development opportunities, cost reductions & system improvements
• Coordinating with C-level management & Head of Department colleagues

Requirements

• Strong background in finance & accounting, profit & loss, balance sheet preparation, cash flow management, general finance & budgeting
• At least 5 years of experience in similar positions (finance, business, operations, strategy) preferably in the real estate sector
• At least MBA education or similar
• Market knowledge (DACH, EU, ...)
• Experience with Zoho One & Zoho Books is of advantage
• Industry experience (e.g. software-as-a-service, architecture, real estate, ...)
• Prioritizing, time management & organizational skills
• Analytical mindset & problem-solving skills
• Accurate & structured way of working
• Highly motivated team player with empathy & flexibility
• Excellent German & English skills
